Fatal Davenport shooting victim identified; suspect arrested

UPDATE: A 25-year-old Rock Island man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Davenport, according to a Tuesday night news release. Deshawn Washington was arrested in Rock Island and is charged with first-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm in relation to the Sunday incident, which remains under investigation.
